This project went through numerous trials. Initially, the exploration involved different emotions represented by various colors, with Plutchik's wheel of emotions serving as a reference. However, it became evident that not everyone associates the same feelings with colors. I needed to ensure that all visitors were able to interpret things in their own individual manner. I addressed this issue using dots: They obscure images in a way that compels you to use different perspectives when viewing them, while also representing interconnectedness, individuals, and communities. Is the baby crying or laughing? The answer depends on you! I DO know the real answer though.
